Any help with dealing with false starts? Specifically in a breast fed baby who often needs comfort of boob to fall asleep. My 4.5 month old has been waking around an hour after he goes down to sleep crying. He often does another wake shortly after too and struggles to get longer stretches now. He wakes up about 7.30/8ish and is usually getting 3 naps a day (occasionally he won't be down for the 3rd one) and goes to sleep at around 8ish. I wondered if anyone had any tips to avoid this false start? He previously slept fine and usually right through till 5/6am or occasionally with an extra wake up at around 1am. He's exclusively breast fed and occasionally ill get my sister to watch him for a few hours after he goes to bed so I can socialise but it's looking like this won't be possible anymore since he won't settle without the boob. Any tips are welcome!

We have a very similar sounding situation tbh

There is a sleep regression at about 4 months so could be that.
If not it sounds like not enough naps in the day/timings not being right so going down too tired to be honest.

What time is his last nap? X

We've been having way more false starts since the regression hit.
Currently back to playing around with wake windows again.
