Orange juice can help eith constipation. My boy can be fussy with vegetables so I blitz or mash them up to hide them in sauces (bolognaise, fish pie, curry etc). He seems to eat them fine at nursery when all the other kids are eating them, just not at home even when me and dad really exaggerate enjoying our veg.

My boy oddly will take a teaspoon of olive oil even in a fussy phase. Will go to toilet quite soon after. We hype prunes up like it's sweets and for him it is actually as we only give him cake at birthdays and that's it. No chocolate no other sweets
Far fetched but spinach helps. How you get them to eat it idk. We make this pasty with salmon en croute filled with a mixture of spinach, cheese and bit of oat milk in a frying pan and hebwill eat that sometimes as he's a big cheese fan
But sometimes will have none of the spinach concoction. Sometimes will eat raw spinach if we hype it as a leaf he is allowed to eat. But he will have 2 leaves š

If its bad I would go to gp for meds. Don't let it get too bad! You can get fybogel and glycerin suppositories from amazon but best check with gp about dosing and things

My son had norovirus last week and so I stopped giving him the usual prunes and pears I usually do to prevent constipation. I was afraid of restarting the diahorrea. But then he didn't poo from Monday afternoon till Thursday 12pm and it was soo hard and painful for him poor babe. I was crying with him and promised never again. I had to rub a glycerin suppository around his bum while he was on the toilet as it was taking too long and causing pain. This helped speed it up. Thank god I had one in the bathroom cabinet anyway. Never again. š« I think he suffered less from the noroviros and that really is saying something.
And yeah a pear a day will prevent this š
