Sweep at 38 weeks

39weeks + 3days today, I had a sweep.

Midwife tried on wednesday but my cervix was closed, going for another attempt tomorrow. Being induced next week at 39 wks, really hoping can have a sweep and itll help xx

I had one on Monday at 38 exactly, I was 1cm. Another one Wednesday at 38+2 and was 3cm. I’ve had my bloody show since and lots of inconsistent contractions so something is definitely happening! I’m having another sweep tonight (38+4) so hoping I’ll have dilated more!

I had one 38 +2 at 4pm was in triage at 930pm gave birth at 310 in the morning
