Seeking advice

⚠️TW⚠️Hi not sure where to post. My child has a good friend but my child's friend isnt in a good situation. This child is a few years older than my child and lives with a grandparent. This grandparent isnt very nice to grandchild and at times this child will phone/text my child with grandparent been nasty, threatening to make them homeless and not feeding them. Im a single parent on low income and a times when they've come over I've fed them. They won't tell me social workers number and not sure what else I can do as apparently this family has people who work in police. Any advice on what I can do? This child has been threatened with beatings
