Can anyone recommend a good disposable postpartum underwear? Are they worth buying?

I'm taking some big Bridget jones knickers with maternity pads for them but also disposable underwear. Tesco do them 5x for £2, s, m and l sizes. Theres Always also, more expensive and bump and beyond

I think can depend on recovery etc as one might be best over the other if in pain etc. It's hard to know, so I'm just bringing both

I wore big adult nappies from home bargains with my first baby which was the best thing I did! Pants and maternity pads wasn’t wide enough for my episiotomy wound and the pads kept getting stuck to my stitches 🫠

I found the Frida Mom boy shorts disposable pants really great after my c section with my first. So soft and comfortable, great over my incision, held a jumbo pad in place. It was hard to wean myself off them 😂 I’ve got them again for this time.

With my first I had tesco disposable ones and also frida c section ones. Nothing compares to frida, they are so comfy and soft but obviously a higher price point so I have bought those again and recommend them to everyone!
