So, I made the milk at 1:20 pm and she drank some at 1:24 pm but did not finish it. I left it out and gave it to her again at 3:20 pm and she finished it. How bad is this for her health? Does formula really go bad that fast?

You can leave formula out for longer than 2 hours hospitals do it.

Yes I have when I was in the thick of it in the newborn stage, I wouldn’t make it a regular occurrence but baby was fine.

Yes, he was fine. I mistook a bottle in midnight feedings when he was so much smaller. Back then we were still having issues with him learning to master his digestive system so I didn’t even notice a difference…

We all have. It's just there's a chance of it growing bacteria after the hour mark. But it doesn't mean there will be bacteria. It's just a chance. It's still better to stick with the food safety advice but there's probably a pretty low chance of anything happening.
(I usually will extend my formula window to a little over an hour and my breast milk to like 2.5 hours just in hopes of getting my little one to finish the bottle)

They will be okay . One bottle wont ruin them

You likely won't find reports or studies confirming that babies were made sick or ill by formula finished after just two hours. I wouldn't make it a habit but if you're in a temperature controlled home and not leaving it in a very hot environment, you aren't providing ideal conditions for rapid bacteria growth.
