Baby advice
Hi, looking for a little advise.
My 5 month old baby has got symptoms of a cold, he has quite a runny nose, and a little cough! He is also teething at the moment, which we are giving him things for. I’m a first time mum and I’m panicking on what’s the best way to help him. We have given him 1 dose of baby liquid paracetamol ( the one you get from the chemist when they get their jags). Him getting a cold during teething time must be awful for him.
He doesn’t seem to be affected by it much as he is still his happy little self and you wouldn’t know he has a cold I till you see his nose running.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated 🤍

If you’re breastfeeding breastmilk will be the best line of defense. If he’s happy just saline and suction for the snot. His body is learning to fight off illness
