personally, i don’t see how babies get nappy rash, nappy rash is caused by being in a nappy for too long wether it’s got anything in or they’re just not getting air to their area, i don’t judge at all, no judging from me i promise, but i’ve found, i give my baby boy about an hour or 2, of nappy free time, making sure nappy is changed every 2 hours or if pooed obviously changed straight away, and making sure they are dry before a nappy goes back on, he’s 7 months and never had nappy rash x

I use Bepanthen, i also bought myself a cream which cleared up my broken skin around my lips within a day and it says you can use on baby’s too it’s called la roche pousay cicaplast b5 multi-purpose repairing balm.

I've always sworn by Weleda Baby Nappy Cream (thankfully my LO doesn't really suffer) but in the newborn days when i was BF and she was pooing every feed she came out in a small rash that bled slightly, within 24hrs of using weleda it had completely gone! If ever she looks slightly red now i just apply it but i do always put it on once a day, usually at her morning nappy change as that's when she's been in a nappy the longest overnight xx

Thanks so much x
