Viral infection/stomach cramps 😭

Can anybody help please? My daughter has a viral infection that’s causing high temperature and extreme stomach cramps. And I just don’t know how to help her with the pain 😔

We’re on nurofen/paracetmol every few hours throughout the day. Max amounts of both as advised by doctor.

It’s day five tmo and I’m beside myself x

That sounds like what’s going round our school at the moment, not pleasant at all. Keep up the fluids and calpol and if you are concerned that any symptoms don’t seem right contact 111
