Nightmares ?

My 3 year old started having night terrors it honestly freaks me out because I wake up to her crying but she needs me to hold her and kiss her and tell her she’s okay and that im there for her. I also try to get her prayers in and tell her that God will protect her and say her prayers aloud. So in short prayer is our solution.

I second the first comment. My 2 year old kept saying there’s a monster in her bed and didn’t want to sleep in her room, it took a lot of reassurance and we pray every night and she kept saying “Mummy there’s a monster in my bed” so I’d tell her no there isn’t and tell her to say go away to the “monster” now she says “Mummy there’s no monster in my bed”. I also play a kids Christian lullaby instrumental as she sleeps in her room.
