Hi everyone! As if the sleep wasn't bad enough with weeing every hour, hip pain, insomnia etc. I've started to get painful swollen hand joints which have turned my hand numb when I wake up in the night. Midwife is not concerned and says pregnancy CTS is normal but I wondered if anyone had any tips to lessen/stop CTS? It's mainly at night.

Ahh bless, I can so relate, it's a real struggle now isn't it! Genuinely think I will sleep better when baby is here, because it won't hurt to sleep!
I had carpal tunnel pre pregnancy and surgery for it. I highly recommend a wrist brace with a metal insert pretty much 24/7, opposed to just when you think you need it. Shaking it out when it goes numb is key as well and being careful with how you position your wrists and hold devices. There are some exercises you can find online called median nerve glide exercises, they can help
