Nappy cream recommendations
Hello!! Wondering if anyone can recommend a really decent nappy cream, currently using Bepanthen (maybe spelt wrong) but it doesn’t seem to be clearing! She hasn’t had a nappy rash at all up until now but it looks really red and sore I feel awful 😞

Is she teething? For some reason no nappy creams seemed to help when my older daughter was teething and had got sore bits x

Also, nappy free time might help. I try to put LO on a puppy pad for 30-45mins of playtime every couple of days just to let her air out.
