Stretch marks like leopard print

Does anyone have stretch marks on their tummy that look more like leopard print than lines? I have some that look like the regular stretch marks stripes, but some that are more the shape of leopard print? Just wondering if it's worth flagging up or not? Google wasn't helpful!

I don't know if this is what you mean, but I have stretch marks on my thighs that are much smaller and look like dots rather than full lines like on my stomach
