Rich life tip: take time for yourself

The first few years of my child’s life I was SO focused on him, I neglected my own physical, emotional and mental health which completely back fired. when you’re drained, you can’t care properly for the ones you love.

How do you care for yourself? Do you struggle with self care?

I found that journaling, sitting outside in natural, picking up a hobby, taking a break from social media and connecting with things that brought me joy as a child really helped me take a step back and enjoy me again.
