Flora butter and Asda’s own oat milk. Havnt found a cheese she will eat yet but sainsburys own grated cheese is the only ones she’s actually attempted to eat x

We use Vitalite butter (think that’s how you spell it). Alpro growing up oat milk as that’s got everything baby needs in it. My daughter doesn’t like grated cheese but when I saw the dietitian she said catherdal city grated cheese and Philadelphia cream and laughing cow are the best ones to use and not bother with any others x

Cathedral city plant based actually melts like real cheese and doesn't have a plasticy texture (both are a rarity!) I personally went dairy free whilst breastfeeding, and loved the coconut collab products - they do cream, custard, yogurts as well as others and really work well as substitutes in cooking as their textures don't seem to change. Flora buttery is naturally dairy free, a better flavour than most advertised as plant based and a fraction of the price. My favourite butter was lurpak plant based as tasted like normal lurpak but it's shot up in price and is not worth it!

Seconding coconut collab! Love all their products ☺️ we use flora plant butter (specifically that one, not the other flora ones), or sainsburys olive spread (other brands have buttermilk added 🙄) and aldi oat milk but I plan on getting the m&s one since it’s just oats, water, salt with no additives. Haven’t tried many cheese alternatives but I love the asda free from garlic & herb soft cheese and plant based Boursin

With cheese as well, I've yet to try it, but a few people recommended I try nutritional yeast flakes added to cheese dishes, apparently when cooked in stuff like pasta or cheese sauces they give a cheese flavour. You can get them in some supermarkets and places like Holland and barrett.
