Hello! I’m 34 weeks and starting to worry a bit as by lil baba is still in a breech position. So I’m trying everything: inversion exercises from the edge of the sofa, rocking on the ball, massaging clockwise…
A midwife friend suggested to me to use Noxabustion stick therapy on the pinky toe (I think its the bladder point in acupuncture) and she reckons it will help relax the uterus to allow the baby to turn.
I’m perplexed but it can’t hurt!
Has anybody done this?

I’m doing it currently! Ordered off Amazon. I place the sticks on something to balance them and hold my little toe close enough to feel the heat. 20 mins total each day. No such luck yet but I’ve heard great things!

I had chinese acupuncture with my first when he was breech and he turned that daya

I tried lots with my first pregnancy and baby never moved 😅 most of the things to spin babies are based on old wives tales. Hardly any of them are based on science

I went and had it professionally done and didn’t work I had acupuncture along side it too 😭

We are breech too 🫣
Apparently Moxibustion is super good and a chiropractor for the Webster Technique also hypnobirthing is supposed to be good x
