How many tog sleep sack are you using in this weather ?

My 14 month old is wearing a sleeveless 2.5 tog sleep sack on top of some long sleeve pyjamas and a short sleeve vest

Should she be wearing a thicker tog sleep sack and/or with sleeves?

Let me know what your little ones are wearing in this cold weather?
Just an fyi - our room has a lot of insulation so gets warm sometimes but can still be cool when the heating isn’t on which is never is during the night. She sometimes runs warm too - eg she has a sweaty nape sometimes but other times have noticed cooler cheeks and sometimes she sleeps on her knees with her bottom up which makes me think she’s cold?

Just wanting an overall ideal tog for sleep sack in this weather

I do her in just a sleepsuit and a 2.5 sleeveless sleeping bag. I realised with a short sleeve vest under she overheats so i dont do that

My 10.5 month old is in a short sleeve vest with a sleepsuit and then a 2.5 tog sleep sack with sleeves. I’ve always had to dress her in more layers than the “guidelines” say as she seems to run quite cold! Her room drops to around 15 degrees overnight so I have the heating set to around 18 to take the chill off

I’ve moved my 17m to a 3.5 tog. Was reluctant as house isn’t that cold - it stays around 18 degrees or above. But she was getting cold. She has always preferred to be warm and is skinner now, than she was when younger

I'm also using 3.5 tog sleeve less bag. Like @Hollie I didnt think it woukd be needed as stays around 18 degrees in her room but she is too cold in a 2.5 tog. She also has long-sleeved vest and pj's on underneath
