What’s the difference between certified and licensed and who should I trust more and a salon or someone’s house who should I trust more I try not to be judgey but I do value safety etc any advice is appreciated

Licensed means they also hold a license in cosmetology and have better knowledge of diseases and sanitation HOWEVER I recommend you find someone is is both certified and licensed because they don’t really teach you lash application in cosmetology school. It’s mainly all hygiene and sanitation. Salon or home both can be a place where bacteria can live and be of concern. Ask the provider their hygiene and sanitation practices and also just observe if the space is clean, are new gloves being used, are there good reviews ect.
