Have you taken Theraflu while pregnant?

I'm sick and I already had Theraflu in the house. Is it OK to drink at night before bed or no?

The ingredients are NOT recommended for pregnancy. You can only take Sudafed that has one ingredient nothing else. Vapor rub and Tylenol if your have fever and aches.

Saline Nasal Sprays & Strips: Safe for clearing nasal passages.
Nasal Irrigation (Neti Pot): Helps flush out mucus.
Rest, Fluids, & Warm Compresses: Good for general cold relief.
Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): For fever and aches, if needed.
Antihistamines: Some, like Claritin or Zyrtec, may be okay for allergies

You should generally avoid Sudafed (pseudoephedrine) during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester, as it constricts blood vessels, potentially affecting the placenta, and some studies suggest a small link to certain birth defects like gastroschisis, though evidence is mixed.

You are brave. I was too scared and had to suffer. I did take a child’s dose of robitussin for 3 nights during the early weeks of pregnancy. But that’s it. I did lots of ginger and lemon in my tea.
