Tonie box 2 help!
We used it this morning and was great but when we tried another tonie this partial green line showed and it won’t play, reset or anything! Showing as ‘offline’ in the app but won’t turn on and can’t get it to connect to new or old WiFi… I’m lost! Any tips would be greatly appreciated 🫶

Might have to do a hard reset. Hold it upside down and pinch both ears for 5 seconds
I’ve seen and heard lots of people complaining about the same issue recently, I’d take it back if I was you
Try pinching both ears for 40 seconds. That fixed my daughter's this morning
