Forest/Witchy/ Fantasy 🧚♀️ 🧙 🪄 Type Books
Hey all! As I wrap up my semester, I am looking to dive into some fantasy and open to fantasy with some historical fiction thrown in. I’m talking fairies , forests, witches, anything along the mystical realm. I have been hitting the TEXTBOOKS hard and i’d just love to escape into something well written and fantastical! Thanks in advance! Bonus points if I can buy it on thrift books❤️❤️❤️❤️🎄🎁🎁

Caraval was the "magical" book for me. Message me if you want. I found it on Libby and listened to it.
I just started The Bone Witch series. Just about to finish The Bone Witch, it's been really good, but a little bit of a slow burn!
Also I really enjoyed Glitter, but haven't read its sequel, Shattered, yet.
The Starbound Trilogy was also a lot of fun to read and I honestly zoomed through it. Gotta love a survival romance, rebel story!
Eta: if you have a library card check out things like Libby, Hoopla, and Kanopy. They're all free and freaking amazing!
One I loved, that granted is not set in a forest but a desert, is The City of Brass. Think Game of Thrones, but set in the world of the djinn.
Other than that, I've been working slowly on the Witcher books, which are a pretty good read, too.
The homesteader hearth witch series by Kat Healy is really good!
If you haven’t already looked into Rachel Gillig I definitely would, she pulled me out of a decade long reading slump! If you want more epic fantasy Robin Hobb is the one for you, The Farseer trilogy had me by the neck!
