Yeah my 9m old is the same, started about a week ago. It's probably the weather , it's so cold...

Things we have found helped a bit (nothing helps loads) if you haven't tried them already have been the calpol plug in, it releases vapours into the air and was recommended by a nurse at the walk in... I put it on an hour before bed so room is full of it. Also calpol nasal spray does help if you can actually get it in their nose (happens approx 3% of times I try 🤣) and sleeping with his head slightly elevated on a small pillow. Ive found the combination of these three things has definitely eased it and made him more comfortable when he's had bad congestion but it's really just a waiting game til it passes 😭

We use the Sterimar nasal spray which is so much easier to use and then follow that up with the snot sucker which helps ease her a bit. We also put so olbas oil in a diffuser and let that fill the room before bed (basically works the same as Calpol plug up).

Vapor plug in and saline syringes help massively alongside calpol. Hope your LO feels better soon

Humidier in the room in addition to the nasal spray and electric snot sucker
