Stroll post c sec
Hi there, I had c sec with heavy blood loss, on blood thinning injection, high BP, weight almost pre pregnancy now. I come from India and they say there you shouldn’t head out for 40 days ( don’t know the logic)…….. please tell me if you have started to take strolls and baby out and does anything goes wrong if we head out ? I have gone for walks, but this restriction is always in the back of my mind !!! 😒💆🏻♀️

I haven't had a c sec so can't comment on that side of things but I have been out and about with both my kids from day 1. I refused to let anything stop me. If I had a c sec id head out as soon as I could walk up and down stairs without issues
I've had a c section and was told to do little walks and stay mobile as it reduces your risk of blood clots (even with the thinning injections). I have been going on short strolls around the block and back home which has helped a lot and moving around the house. The fresh air is so good for you. Do what your body is capable of, but don't overdo it 😊
