Antenatal classes

Hey! Second time mum here, so I don’t neeeed an antenatal class, but my first baby was born in the pandemic so missed out last time. Does anyone have any thoughts on the below course?

Or suggestions for other groups in Brighton that aren’t NCT as they seem v pricey!

The NHS do an antenatal class for free which I’ve just recently done myself which I found good, a friend has recently done happy parent happy baby antenatal classes which they’ve said are very good too and not as pricey as NCT ☺️
