So saying that you breastfeed twice like you had twins

No your child will never come out thc affected but you can pump a whole cup wait 30 minutes and then feed

It also determines on your diet so if you have person that eats healthy and pump heavy you wouldn't have to wait so long but if you a light pumper 45 minutes is the max
