Dry Skin

Hi, 👋🏻
I use Aveno on my baby after each bath. I’ve noticed he has began to get dry patches on his back. Any recommendations for a good moisturiser? I use Nivea, is this safe to use? X

I’ve always used coconut oil and aveeno on my daughter and she’s 2 now with generally good skin

Using it one time probably wont hurt or irritate baby.
But I highly recommend using butters and balms on baby. They tend to penetrate and moisturize babies skins better (: ones with beeswax will seal in the moisture and protect skin from chafing against clothes. They are more expensive tho.

Epoderm cream. I use it on my 3 year old as his skin gets dry and itchy. It was prescribed by his gp but it can be bought over the counter or amazon.

Use Navicream bar soap and cream

Clear it all up in a day

Sometime baby react to heavy fragrance in products
