Moving to Washington D.C
Hello ! I am 23 weeks pregnant and will be moving soon to Washington DC from Paris, France. I was wondering how renting a two bedroom appartement works in the area (rent, how utilities work ect..) and if you had any advice in general ?

I just moved here too (from West Coast, but I am German) and we are still looking for the two bedroom too! Let me know any tips you find along the way pls. So far I have been using Zillow and just make viewing appointments to have a look. Using ChatGPT for neighborhood advice too, but not sure how reliable it is.
