short cervix 2nd pregnancy

so i'm 24 weeks pregnant tomorrow, this is my second pregnancy. my first one i had a short cervix and made it to 41 weeks only being on modified bed rest and progesterone. i just started progesterone again but i genuinely have no help my husband works long hours and so does my family, so i have a toddler who's a lot, running around and i just cannot even sit most of the time unless she's literally asleep. i feel like im pushing myself so much this time, and the doctors are being so harsh even more than last time their not being positive at all, telling me if i don't lay down all day and like stop everything im going to go into labor despite making it to 41 weeks last pregnancy. i just feel like im failing everything right now, every day has been so hard. im looking for some support, or if anyone has gone through their second pregnancy with a short cervix and a toddler ?

Hi, I had a short cervix with my second. Luckily my mum did help but I did put my little into pre school for two mornings to so I could get some rest. They tried to give me the stitch but couldn’t so I ended having an Arabin pessary, maybe you could ask about that x

My first was born spontaneously at 23 weeks, so I’m now going through my second pregnancy (high risk) with a 4 year old who does not stop!! I’m on progesterone too. I’m currently 27weeks and although I’ve been discharged from the pre term clinic. I’ve got an appointment at 28 weeks to measure my cervix again for reassurance.

Try taking it easy, I know it’s easier said than done! Are you able to get a reassurance scan, what was your cervix measuring at your last appointment? Xx

Anxiety with the bump.

I’m 36 weeks pregnant and I’ve suddenly developed a massive anxiety around anyone standing behind me. My husband is annoying me so much because even though I’ve told him how it makes me feel, he’s continued doing stuff in our kitchen (that is tiny anyway) and sliding past me to grab things. I know the baby is safe even if I were to bump the bump a little but even the thought of it is still making extremely anxious. How do I cope with this feeling and is anyone else going through the same sort of thing?

Please be nice as I have anxiety…

So I’m 20 weeks pregnant and I went to the hospital for light bleeding when I wipe ( not ever time though).. the doctor told me it was due to sex and that my cervix was irritated has anyone else experienced this? And or know way to just calm my anxiety from it

Breathless and feeling like I need to be sitting constantly!

Has anyone else been feeling this way as they're getting closer to their due date?

I attempted to change our bedding this evening and had to call my husband for back up as I literally felt like my lungs were going to explode just trying to reach over to put the sheet on.

I'm huffing and puffing just getting my toddler into his pjs, and I was sat down! Like what is going on 😮‍💨🥲

Everything has been check ie bloods etc so I think it's just general pregnancy as I'm now 38 weeks. My bump feels like it weighs about 100lbs 😭
