I was very thin pre pregnancy, about 120-124lbs at 5'6. I got pregnant and was incredibly nauseaus the entire time, could barely eat enough to survive.
At my first obgyn appointment W9 they measured me at 115lbs 😭 At week 10 the nausea started to subside and I started eating more, I even added a super bulking milkshake daily to my routine. A couple of days ago I measured at 116.4lbs and thought I was improving...Today I'm 111lbs. I'm so worried now, because I don't know what happened and what to do :(
Has anyone struggled with weight gain as well? Do you have any tips? How is everyone doing on that front?

I struggled for a while as well. Just start eating more real protein if you aren't a vegetarian. Your body will start storing and putting the nutrients where it is needed. That's what I was told and it worked great. I just had to get off all the artificial foods and eat meat 😅

Same I struggled with nausea and could barely keep up my average 175 lbs throughout my pregnancy but every time I asked my doctors they said I was a perfect weight and that some women don’t start gaining til 3rd trimester. Let the nausea subside and take your nausea medicine, start eating a bit more and your baby will start gaining weight toward the end of pregnancy. Now in the 3rd trimester I’m about 190lbs and supposedly my baby is at least 5lbs of that. But the doctor even said ultrasound measurements aren’t an accurate predictor of baby weight either. All this to say, try not to worry until 3rd trimester. Even then you sound naturally skinny it might just be your body type to not gain much weight while pregnant. You’ll enjoy getting called basketball belly soon enough.
