Canadians that stand with Americans
Hey ladies! Is anyone else just as horrified by the current political state of America and everything that is happening? I’m at a point that I can’t sit by anymore, America is our neighbour and their people are terrified. While ultimately we have no voting power I would like to ultimately organize demonstrations in front of US consolates in all the major cities in one weekend (ideally looking into March because this will take lots of time to organize and I’m literally just throwing this out as an idea)
I don’t know if this will get ANY traction but if anyone that reads this feels the same passion as me to do SOMETHING to bring attention and make change in America right now then please message me. I would love if I could make this happen in Ottawa but I’d need to gather enough people and ideal have some more people beyond me that would stand in front of a crowd and speak on these issues. We have the privilege to use our voices and not be shot down by our current governments. Let’s use it. Ottawa is a major city, if we can get news outlets covering it, it WILL get attention and it can help make change

I'm not a speaker, but I'd get behind this.. it's scary what's happening in the US and it could spill over into our borders as well. The madness has to stop...
Theres organizations you can donate to to support this cause. To be honest I dont have the spoons to be supportive any other way but I admire your drive to do something about something you believe in
