Hi everyone! I’m Jelena and me and my hubby are raising our daughter bilingual.
Our home language is Serbian and our community language is English. Once Serbian is well established, I plan to add Italian to the mix as well.
I’m a linguist and I speak four languages, so always happy to answer questions around language acquisition, language learning strategies etc.

I'm also planning on raising our little boy bilingual! My husband is english and i'm italian! My mum is polish so i was hoping as well to introduce a bit of polish!
It's all a bit new for me, i'm planning to speak to baby in Italian and my husband in English, so we'll see how that goes! Let's connect, would love to have someone going through the same challenge 😁
