I am a mama with a 3.5-year-old boy who is the light of my life. He is on the spectrum (level 3 autism) and receiving full-time ABA, 8 hours Monday through Friday. I'm looking for moms with children who might be going through similar experiences. Do you ever feel scared that people won't understand when you are out in public, not out of shame, but self-consciousness? Do you wish you had a mom friend who also knows what it's like to have a child that doesn't play "age appropriately" with peers, or knows how hard it is to get through the system for benefits for your child to get them the therapies they need? Are you scared of your child growing up in a society that wasn't built for them? Me too. I hope we could be friends and maybe even our children. I am a very open mama, and I am here to support and help any way I can. Please reach out if you need a friend.😊💙
