Promised my little one I’d take them to brood tomorrow but they only have the afternoon session left (bang on naptime!) 3 1/2 year and and will also have my one year old, I’m not really a fan of soft play with the two of them but play cafes seem to work well. We live in North Shields so somewhere local. Thank you!

It’s not really local but we LOVE hopscotch in gosforth, there’s a one in fenwicks in the city centre too! It’s so so clean so no fears of the soft play sickness haha! Treehouse in Whitley bay is apparently very good but I haven’t been myself. my partner took out 2 & 3 year old last weekend and said it was great.

Acorn and oak is really nice it's small and you can keep an eye on the kids whisky having a coffee because it's quite compact and intimate!

The Bay in Whitley bay is fab for both smaller and older children

Little acorns in killingworth is nice, round the twist has a section for under 4’s which isn’t bad too!
Is it normal for grandma (MIL) to buy a car seat for her car, my family didnt have a village when I was a kid, so its really freaking me put that shes getting a car seat and a back seat camera and all this stuff like shes going to be driving him around all the time like where do you plan on taking him without me

Hi everyone!
I had baby #1 in Nov 2024 and now due again next month. I had a random question on disposable underwear.
With baby #1 I remember I wore disposable underwear for a week or 2 while I was very heavily bleeding! I used to put a maternity pad on it too for extra cautiousness.
Now I remember my maternity pads were lilets but I cannot for the life of me remember what disposable underwear I had. All I remember is it was black
Anyone able to recommend there’s or perhaps know what I may have used??
Thanks

What are our 4/5 month old night routines when we do not bathe them every night? Also what time are our little ones going to sleep for the night?

I've been looking at getting a baby clementoni disney projector for my little man's 1st birthday coming up in November. I didn't realise until I went into smyths that there's actually 2 versions. I was just wondering what the differences are and how did your little ones take to them?

This may sound silly, but I’m a FTM so any advice would be appreciated 🥹
My baby is 11 days old, and at some point I would like to start going out more but I’m confused how the bottles will be sterile in a bag, I currently use the Tommee Tippee bottles and the Tommee Tippee UV steriliser but I read once they are out the steriliser they aren’t sterile anymore? Maybe I’m misunderstanding it. Just wanted some advice on what other people do 😊
