How is everyone calculating their due date if you’ve not had an early scan?
The start date of my last period was 5 Jan, and my average cycle is approx 33 days. Some due date calculators are saying I’d be due 17 th Oct (4 weeks+6), but when I completed my self referral to the hospital it calculated a due date of 12th Oct, and I entered that I had a 33 day cycle. But I think the form has gone by a 28 day cycle and the start date of my last period (even though I entered my cycle as 33). the NHS online calc also contradicts that and says the EDD is 17th Oct 🙃
It’s not a biggie in the grand scheme of it, but it just confuses me!

NHS calculator app was accurate for me, but the due date is not really accurate till after the 12 week scan as they go of baby’s growth from that to give a more accurate date .
Go with what you feel that’s right for how long you are but don’t let it stress you ❤️

I found this quote confusing with my flo app & NHS calculating nearly a week differently. I have a 32-35 day cycle on a 3 monthly pattern. I went with my app as it’s tracked me for a couple of years now. I went for a scan at 6+3 (anxiety based) and they dated me at about 6+2 which with how early the baby is I thought was fairly accurate to my dates. It obviously may change at my 12 week dating scan.
