So I met a guy 3 weeks ago we went on a date last weekend with our kids and have been at least sending one or two messages everyday since we usually send like a lot of messages at once but we both respond slow but anyway based on this being very new does it matter that he hasn’t texted me to say happy Valentine’s Day ? He recently said he has some things going on and was in a bad space so we didn’t talk for a day but we talk
About going on another date without the kids .. do yal think he has a girl ? Or is it too early for me to say anything about it ?

For me I bring up Valentine's Day before the day. Just casual conversation. Like do you celebrate it, I like to get an idea where his head is. Because some guys don't really celebrate it unless the girl wants to celebrate it..
But you could just ask him if he has any plans later. I think it's mostly about communication. I wouldn't jump to conclusions yet until you talk to him.
Oh I see. Yeah if he didn't respond to your messages last night that's not a good sign cuz it's already another day. And I agree he could have said Happy Valentine's Day. If he doesn't respond soon, maybe he is dating other people. You're not tripping.
This early on in dating he should be putting in more effort. Send flowers ffs. Why should you settle for nothing for valentines. Also if he’s said he has a lot going on it does sound as though he is blowing you off. If it was me I would just ghost him now
