Miscarriage? Regular spotting? Mucus plug?

Started spotting brown discharge today (7w4d), now gone to the toilet and have this. Unsure if I should be worried or not?

It’s impossible to say without a proper medical assessment. If you’re in the U.K. I’d contact the gp or early pregnancy unit if you can self refer in the morning. If you do start bleeding more heavily overnight go to A&E

Hope everything is okay with baby.
I'm so hoping it's going to be okay, because it's hard not to worry.
Wish I knew why this happens and what does it mean.
