When my baby boy was 7 months old he fell from my bed twice. Obviously did checks etc no concern at that time but he is 19 months old now & not developing. I can’t help but constantly think if this has caused it where he fell head first could this cause a development issue?

no, you’d know if your son had a brain injury after the fall by more evident symptoms that aren’t not meeting milestones. especially since you’ve had him checked over.
some children are just late bloomers, some need early intervention to meet their developmental milestones. i’d speak to a professional line a HV or GP, i’d avoid the GP and go with a HV if you’re not great at confrontation and being demanding because GP’s are rubbish most of the time and do fuck all!

which milestones has he not reached, i wouldn’t say there is any link to the fall, so so many babies/toddlers fall off beds/couches/toy boxes etc

It won’t be from the fall. I think all babies have a fall at some point, mine fell off a chair at 5 months and off the bed a bit after. You’d know straight away if that had caused any major damage!
