Your best and safest bet is to not consume anything harmful while breastfeeding. Vaping is probably not safe. there aren’t studies and likely won’t be any because it’s probably too dangerous to consider doing a study on.

i would assume nicotine is likely the same as alcohol & that it’s not really an issue when it comes to the milk.

I’ve read to wait 30-90 minutes before breastfeeding to reduce how much nicotine is in your milk
