BBT spike 5 days after LH surge

Is this normal? I’ve read BBT spike happens 1-2 days after ovulation. Did I underestimate when ovulation would be? Really gutted I might have been too eager to stop having sex

Hard to tell. Looking at that you didn't ovulate after peak. It's possible you peaked a second time and then ovulated late.

It's also possible that you ovulate on the later side after peak, around 36 hours after peak maybe. But that still leaves 3 days before your BBT spikes.

Unfortunately there's no way to know for sure. 🥹 Xx
