Any advice

We’re in the same boat. We usually do saline spray and then a nasal aspirator, but this time around it didn’t help that much because it’s mostly post nasal drip. Honestly steaming up the bathroom has been the one thing that helped loosen the mucus. We run the shower really hot and let it steam up and then we have him take a bath because he loves baths, but you can also just sit in there with the shower running

Frida baby shower/ humidifier drops, helps open nasal passages. Turn shower on put some drops in there and close the doors and go hold baby in the bathroom. Also, zarbees has a baby cough syrup my doc recommended when my baby was 4 months to use, has agave and zinc.

Saline spray/ drops several times a day to keep passages moist from drying out.
