Lump on eyelid - see pic

Hi mums! My 11.5 month old has had this for about 3 months now. No discomfort or pain. GP took a quick little look and said it’s a stye and not to worry. Any of you had experience with this? Tempted to go private if no change by April..

Not my baby, but I had something similar looking to this over 10 years ago and it just went away with warm compresses in a couple of weeks, it was called a chalazion though not a stye as it wasn’t uncomfortable in anyway and not close to the eyelash line.
