Maternity leave

Im due May 4th but having a c section waiting for a date still. I'm finishing 13th March. Got annual leave to take and ready for a break. I work in a respite with additional with additional needs x

I’m working up until my due date!

First time round I took 4 weeks of annual leave before my mat leave. Baby was overdue by 16 days so felt like I had forever off with no baby!

Completely depends on how you feel in pregnancy and what you do for work. Working in a nursery is physically very difficult when pregnant so stopping earlier is wise.

This time round I want to be off for as long as possible with the baby so that’s why I’m working until my due date. Also I’ve been fortunate and pregnancy has been pretty good to be, and work is very accommodating.

I have a seven year old son as well and am a single mum so making the most of the time whilst he is in school and having a break. X

I'm finishing 24th April, baby is due 17th May. I am a self employed hairdresser so trying to work up as close as I can but also giving myself a little break as my first came 2 weeks early and second came 4 days early so hoping third time I'll get a couple of weeks to rest before he arrives. I remember with my second being ready for a rest by the time I'm finishing due to being on my feet a lot with my job!

Due 12th May but having a C section the week before. My last working day will be 17th April, giving me 2 weeks of annual leave before baby arrives

I am due the 29th May last working day is 1st May. Taking 2 weeks annual leave and then my maternity leave will start the 18th I think it will be.

Im a primary school teacher and hoping to work until 39 weeks 😬

Twin pregnancy veterinary nurse. Due mid May, off on Mat leave end of April (somehow!)
