Sick baby
Hey mamas
My daughter is 11 months old but about to be 1 in 6 days
She has a cold and she’s very congested with a runny nose. I wanna try cold medicine but have been advised not to so I want to avoid that.
Can anyone give any advice or tips to help relieve her symptoms?

Saline spray helps or vapor rub for babies. Hope she feels better soon.
We did alot of saline treatments with our nebulizer for my 3 month old at the time and my 3 year old when they both got sick
My 10 month old came down the a cold and i was giving her mommy bliss cough syrup (which is natural) so its safe for babies and obviously some acetaminophen for any fever. I got some saline drops to help clear her nose and one of the sucker thingys (but I didnt like it, didnt seem to work all that well, and my duaghter hated it but this is what they tell you to do). Ive seen people use a syringe like a netipot to clear the nose out but that scares me. A steamy shower might help with he congestion, like get a bathroom alll steamy and sit with her in the humidity or if you have a visiting humidifier keep one near her
