Baby with moderate plagiocephaly
We went to PT due to torticollis. His therapist mentioned she noticed some plagiocephaly made some measurements and said it should be better to use the helmet. Is there a way it can just be corrected with PT? Felt like helmet was being pushed a bit. Anyone with a similar issue?

Our pt doesn't recommend helmet at all. She suggests sleep position and each month, we see her to reevaluate. Our baby's head shape has improved, slowly but still.
We went to physio with my girl and doing the exercises got rid of her torticollis which led to the flat spot correcting itself, no helmet required!
