Boudreaux's worked best for us from this list. All-time best for my son has been pink salve

Tubby Todd all over ointment is the best ! We got it when he had a rash that was pretty bad and now i put it on every day overnight and he never gets them anymore

The purple desitin for night and the a+d during the day was our go to.

Vaseline! It works wonders

I use AD each diaper change as a barrier ointment to prevent diaper rash. Our son has only gotten minor diaper rash a handful of times. When he has active rash, I use the boudreaux's butt paste and that has worked well to clear the rash up! Highly recommend using a small amount of AD as a preventative measure! It acts as a barrier to keep urine and poop from sitting on the skin and causing irritation and it has ingredients that also help prevent and treat rashes.

Triple paste

Vaseline

Triple paste is what we use in my hospital. Spending time without a diaper to allow air circulation also does wonders!

Purple desitin and aquaphor. Thats it

40% zinc oxide for a true diaper rash and not just prevention. Nurse here. Destin extra strength is what we use in my hospital but any that are 40% zinc oxide and have decent staying power on the skin are best. If the rash is so significant it won’t hold rash ointment and it just slips off, Coloplast Triad Hydrophilic works great. If none of these clear it, may have yeast involvement.

Aquafor

My pediatrician swears by triple paste & purple desitin. she (& my family) are boudreauxs biggest haters. 😂
