Work after Mat leave
Wondering if anyone else has decided that they won’t be returning back to work after Mat leave?
I had intended on going back, and submitting a flexible working request but I’ve currently got a live grievance against my manager due to unfavourable treatment which is pregnancy related and I just feel like I couldn’t go back

I would tell them you are going back and look for another job while on mat leave. Then you can just resign when you've found something else
Did you get any enhanced maternity pay from your company? If so, you might have to pay it back if you don't return for at least 6 months
Then I guess you can probably do as Rachel suggested, but of course it depends on how your manager mistreated you. If going back to that specific place makes you feel extremely anxious or bad, just look for another place of work if you need the income, or take some more time to decide what you want to do :)
