What are some alternatives to take while dealing with allergies? My weird allergy is Rosemary. And I do believe that I have passed it along to our son.

This may be different than what you’re dealing with if your allergy is more like a food allergy, but for general seasonal type stuff, I had an herb that a Chinese medicine person/acupuncturist recommended. I don’t remember the name, I will see if I can find it.
But she basically said that most allergy medications like Claritin dry you out, which actually can make the allergies worse.
