Spots on baby’s face

Anyone know what these are that keep popping up and going back down on my little boys face? He is 2 weeks old

My daughter, 10 days old, had the same! Apparently quite common in newborns from the hormones during pregnancy

Baby acne they are...my 18day old baby also have it on and off since birth. Pls apply breast milk over it.

Use mustela water! God sent. Also breast milk if you have any x

Baby acne, my boy has it. It's just normal, their skin is adjusting to being outside of the womb.
