I’ll be travelling soon with my baby (who’ll be 5 months), I’m just wondering if everyone drives to the airport or takes cab/train? I’ll be travelling from London, with my partner and 3 suitcases btw. How has everyone else preferred travelling before?

Depends where you are but we normally take the train.
Elizabeth line is fab for Heathrow and the Gatwick train is Thames link through Farringdon.
We even stay overnight at Gatwick at the hotel in the terminal. Get there in the evening, put the babies to bed, order a pizza and roll out of bed straight into the check in desks. Takes a lot of pressure off to already be there ready.

So we travelled recently with our baby who at the time of travel was 5 months. We didn’t take the car seat, just his pushchair. We got dropped to the airport by my MIL. At the destination we just used the public transport. Mind you we only took 3 hand luggage items including backpack so it was doable. With 3 proper suitcases you might find cab more comfortable
