Diarrhoea

Just want some advice, my little boy has just turned 4 month old and has had Diarrhoea for 3 days now and I would say it’s over 10 times a day but it’s not a lot every time. He seems happy in himself no other symptoms just a sore bum. Do you think I need to book an appointment at the doctors or wait a bit longer?
